CDCA2 and posterior cortical atrophy: When compared with normal tissues, the mRNA levels of CDCA2 was significantly increased in patients with PCa, as found in a TCGA dataset provided by Ualcan (Figure 2B), and its expression was significantly positively correlated with GS except GS = 10, which is not surprising since the patient number of GS = 10 is too small (n = 4) (Figure 2C).
