PMS2 CH variants have been identified in high-grade glioma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, glioblastoma, oligodendroglioma, rectal cancer, colon adenoma, ALL, recta adenoma, neuroepithelial neoplasm, astrocytoma, and colon carcinoma (De Rosa et al., 2000; Herkert et al., 2011; Leenen et al., 2011; Chmara et al., 2013; Bakry et al., 2014; Gröbner et al., 2018). The gene discussed is C4B; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
