Here, we observed that decreased Ang-2 expression impaired FOXC2-induced migration and invasion, which was accompanied by reduced E-cadherin and enhanced vimentin and fibronectin expressions in HCC cells with FOXC2 overexpression, indicating that FOXC2 may facilitate the EMT process in HCC via regulation of Ang-2. This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
