Our study indicates that the sensitivity to acRoots of lung cancer cells seems to dependent on the degree of p53 mutation, because the other lung cancer cells, for example, A549, H358, H1650, H661, SPC‐A1, and HBE135‐E6E7 that contain intact or partial p53 at different degrees, had the sensitivity to acRoots between cells with p53 high expression and without p53. This evidence concerns the gene ATP2C1 and lung cancer.
