It was observed that CALR expression levels correlated negatively with the relative abundance of major immunoinhibitors in several specific cancers, such as cholangio carcinoma, kidney chromophobe, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, PAAD, prostate adenocarcinoma, testicular germ cell tumors, and thyroid carcinoma (Figure S4B), suggesting these cancer types are the potentially optimal targets for CALR‐based immunotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene CALR and prostate adenocarcinoma.
