Figure 3 demonstrates the differences in endocrine toxicity spectrum between anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapy and anti-CTLA-4 monotherapy, suggesting that although anti-PD-1/PD-L1 had a larger proportion of reported cases, significant ROR values (higher than 1) were only found in endocrine ADRs related to pancreas and thyroid, such as type 1 diabetes mellitus (ROR 6.2, 95% CI: 2.6–14.8), diabetic ketoacidosis (ROR: 4.3, 95% CI: 1.8–10.4), hyperthyroidism (ROR: 3.6, 95% CI: 2.4–5.3), hypothyroidism (ROR: 2.3, 95% CI: 1.7–3.0). Here, CD274 is linked to diabetic ketoacidosis.
