In the analyses adjusting for age and gender, participants with hs-CRP levels between 10.00–20.00 mg/l had increased risk of developing migraine (RR = 1.53, 95% CI 1.10–2.14), migraine with aura (RR = 1.67, 05% CI 1.01–2.76), and chronic migraine (RR = 3.43, 95% CI 1.38–8.52) (Table 2). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is migraine disorder.
