In this study, we showed that HSPA1A, HSPA1B, HSPA7, HSPA6, HSPH1 and HSPA4L, encoding for HSP70s, are significantly upregulated in corpus callosum, hippocampus, internal capsule, optic chiasm, and frontal or parietal cortex, between healthy individuals and MS patients. This evidence concerns the gene HSPA1A and myeloid sarcoma.
