A stratified analysis of osteoporosis and OVCF incidence revealed a significantly increased risk for both osteoporosis (AOR = 5.019) and OVCF (AOR = 5.760) in patients with high homocysteine levels (≥12.68 μmol/L) and genotype CD320 CT+TT versus individuals with normal homocysteine levels and genotype CD320 CC. Here, CD320 is linked to osteoporosis.
