Pearson or Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between primary tumor metabolic parameters (SUVmax, MTV, TLG) and clinicopathological features, including gender, age, smoking history, tumor location, tumor size, Lymph node metastasis, mixed NSCLC components, TNM stage, SCC, NSE, CEA, white blood cell (WBC) count, neutrophil, lymphocyte, neutrophil–lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet–lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and hemoglobin (HGB). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINB3 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
