With this purpose in mind, we mostly replied on previous studies on cervical cancer biomarkers and solicited the biomarkers as suggested, i.e., protein biomarkers (CEA, SCC Ag and CA19-9)10–14 and miRNA biomarkers (miRNA-20a, miRNA-205, miRNA-218, miRNA-21, miRNA-29a, miRNA-200a, miRNA-25, miRNA-486-5p)9,20–22, to detect early-stage cervical cancer.
