In addition, we undertook proteomic profiling from primary CD8+ T-lymphocytes (non-stimulated and activated) as well as immortalized murine cell lines including normal (NF1) and cancer-associated (CAF1) fibroblasts (Calvo et al., 2013) and commercially available cell lines NIH-3T3, C2C12, 4T1 and Ba/F3 of diverse tissue origin (Table 1).
