Fussbroich et al. (2015) investigated the immune modulatory effect of soyasaponin I on TLR2- and TLR4-induced inflammation by stimulating the human acute myeloid leukemia-derived cell line MUTZ-3 with four different types of stimulators (the gram-negative Escherichia coli, gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus, LPS or peptidoglycans PGN). This evidence concerns the gene TLR4 and acute myeloid leukemia.
