In addition, pre‐treatment of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell–derived exosomes (T‐Exos) with TNF‐α has great potential in the treatment of acute liver failure by inhibiting the liver inflammatory response and releasing pro‐inflammatory cytokines from macrophages and can significantly inhibit the recruitment and activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome complex on the trans‐Golgi network (TGN), thereby reducing liver cell degeneration and organ necrosis. Here, NLRP3 is linked to acute liver failure.
