Higher levels of 2-DNA methylation (ZNF644, cg10471794) were associated with better survival, while, higher level of 13 DNA methylation was associated with worse survival (MGC16121, KIAA1026, FBXO11, BDP1, CCDC126, XPO7, STX2, IPO5, cg12094029) in patients with STAD. This evidence concerns the gene KAZN and gastric adenocarcinoma.
