Twelve DEGs (Myct1, Gm21860, Ninj2, Fam183b, Lars2, Alkbh1, Fgf5, Frmd7, Tm6sf2, Wnt6, Batf3, and Clca1) were found to be regulated inversely among the overlap genes, which may be possible targets of RPA to disrupt the cocaine addiction process (Fig. 5e). This evidence concerns the gene BATF3 and cocaine dependence.
