Twelve DEGs (Myct1, Gm21860, Ninj2, Fam183b, Lars2, Alkbh1, Fgf5, Frmd7, Tm6sf2, Wnt6, Batf3, and Clca1) were found to be regulated inversely among the overlap genes, which may be possible targets of RPA to disrupt the cocaine addiction process (Fig. 5e). The gene discussed is LARS2; the disease is cocaine dependence.
