EGFR and neoplasm: GW627368X (a highly selective EP4 antagonist) inhibits the proliferation and angiogenesis of cervical carcinoma by blocking EP4/epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling pathway in cervical cancer cell lines (HeLa, SiHa and ME180) and suppresses the tumor size in xenograft mice model (Parida et al. 2016).
