GW627368X (a highly selective EP4 antagonist) inhibits the proliferation and angiogenesis of cervical carcinoma by blocking EP4/epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling pathway in cervical cancer cell lines (HeLa, SiHa and ME180) and suppresses the tumor size in xenograft mice model (Parida et al. 2016). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and cervical cancer.
