Nonetheless, we were so far unable to detect either the NFAT3 protein nor the NFAT3 mRNA in target cancer cells or EVs, arguing more in favor of NFAT3-regulated targets that might be involved in the anti-invasive/anti-metastatic and anti-proliferative effects of EVs produced by luminal breast cancer cells.
