IFNG and tuberculosis: We reviewed the hospital records of all patients in Group 6 for their final diagnosis and all of them were true negatives for anti-IFN-γ autoantibody—including, tuberculosis (n = 7), lymphoma (n = 3), vasculitis (n = 3), cryptococcosis (n = 3), histoplasmosis (n = 1), Sweet’s syndrome associated with chronic kidney disease with diabetes mellitus (n = 1) or chronic ulcers (n = 1), and pulmonary NTM infection (n = 1).
