Through the Kaplan-Meier plotter database, we found that high expression of CARM1 or CCNE2 was highly associated with shorter 10-year overall survival of NSCLC (adenocarcinoma) patients, implying the oncogenic roles of CARM1 and CCNE2 in promoting the progression of NSCLC. The gene discussed is CARM1; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
