We found that the mRNA levels of APOL2, CDK5RAP1, TNFRSF10B, PML, RNASEH2B, and PSMB8 were upregulated, while the mRNA levels of FN1 and SPARC were downregulated by infection with HCMV Han and/or HanUL138del (Figure 2B), and these tendencies were consistent with the MS results, suggesting that these proteins were regulated at the mRNA level.
