MiRNAs are known to be dysregulated in BC and implicated in the pathogenesis of bladder tumors mainly through their effect on genes involved in two molecular pathways, specifically the gene which codes tumor protein 53 (TP53) [8] and fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) [9]. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is urinary bladder neoplasm.
