Univariate analysis demonstrated that age ≤50 years (40.4 vs. 26.4%, P = 0.024), higher tumor grade (90.0, 37.6, and 14.3% for grade III, II, I, P < 0.001), lymph vascular invasion (66.7 vs. 30.3%, P = 0.030), PR < 20% (54.2 vs. 25.9%, P < 0.001), Ki-67 ≥14% (56.0 vs. 18.3%, P < 0.001), and Luminal-B like tumor (52.1 vs. 11.0%, P < 0.001) were significantly associated with chemotherapy recommendation.
