PLOD1 and polycystic ovary syndrome: After adjusted for BMI, the levels of PRL and FSH were significantly lower, while systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), LH, LH/FSH, testosterone (T), TG, TC, LDL-C, AST, ALT, γ -GGT, ALP, and uric acid were significantly higher in PCOS patients than in non- PCOS patients group (Table 1; p < 0.05 or p < 0.01) in all age groups.
