Of those, nine are cancer-related genes from any cancer type annotated as a driver, drug target, kinase, oncogene, or tumor suppressor (Fig. 2a), including FGFR3 (12 samples), MAPKAPK2 (5), MYC (19), NTRK1 (3), PAX5 (3), PIM3 (3), RARA (3), TXNIP (7), and WHSC1 (97)21.
