CXCL13, a B-cell chemoattractant, drives the organization of the meningeal tertiary lymphoid organs, as described in RA synovitis [33] and correlates with intrathecal IgG production in antibody-mediated CNS disorder (neuromyelitis optica) and multiple sclerosis [34,35].
