We observed expression of ITGAE, ENTPD1, IFNG, TNFRSF9 (CD137), TNFSF10, EGR2, chemokines CCL3, CCL4, and CCL5, and chemokine receptors CXCR3, CXCR4 and CXCR6. This is in line with the expression profile of CD103+ tumor-resident T cells in lung cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer [9,18,19,26,32]. This evidence concerns the gene CCL3 and breast carcinoma.
