OS analysis of CALU, AURKA, and MCM2 in form of a panel indicated a significant correlation between abnormal expression of DEGs and overall survival of CRC patients in both training set (P < 0.05, Fig 6D) and validation set (P < 0.01, Fig 6H), along with overall survival of lung cancer patients in training set (P < 0.01, Fig 7D) and validation set (P < 0.001, Fig 7H). This evidence concerns the gene CALU and lung carcinoma.
