Lending further support to this conclusion is the fact that bioinformatic interrogation of the precocious puberty (CTD Gene-Disease Associations) dataset, using Harmonizome (Rouillard et al., 2016), revealed that CCL7 and ACKR2 are both associated with precocious puberty in children, with standardised values of 1.25588 (P=0.09) and 1.02634 (P=0.011), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CCL7 and precocious puberty.
