We discovered that unlike other ABCB1- and ABCG2-interacting tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as dasatinib [28] and imatinib [26], erdafitinib was equally cytotoxic in multidrug-resistant cancer cells overexpressing either ABCB1 or ABCG2 as in the corresponding drug-sensitive parental cancer cells (Table 1).
