CD16 surface levels on CD44v3(+) TEX showed no significant clinicopathological correlations, although a trend was visible towards patients with a less aggressive tumor profile (Figure 5D–F): Patients with low UICC stage exhibited elevated CD16 surface levels on CD44v3(+) TEX, an inverse picture compared to the levels on total exosomes (Figure 5A,D).
