Notably, PTGIS had less influence on OS in this analysis than it had been shown to have in the PrognoScan analysis for breast cancer (HR=0.89, 95% CI=0.72 to 1.1, P=0.28) (Figure 3A), and high PTGIS expression was correlated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer (OS HR=2.03, 95% CI=1.69 to 2.44, P=7.8e-15; progression-free survival [PFS] HR=2.05, 95% CI=1.65 to 2.54, P=2.5e-11) (Figure 3C and 3D). This evidence concerns the gene PTGIS and breast cancer.
