Finally, miR-32-5p promotes gastric carcinoma tumorigenesis, modulates chemoresponsiveness of hepatocellular carcinoma to platinum-based agents by inducing multidrug resistance, and contributes to castration resistance, radioresistance, and chemoresistance of PCa via the miR-32-5p-Kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) signaling axis [16–19].
