Figure 3(a) shows the total number of synonymous and nonsynonymous mutations in 92 genes per patient, and Figure 3(b) shows the number of samples in which 92 genes were mutated. From this analysis, 92 genes were identified, some of which were closely related to the development of cancer, such as PTEN, NRAS, BRAF, TP53, and CDKN2A.
