Extending cMYC overexpression to 30 days (DD30) also failed to induce the development of premalignant lesions in mammary glands transplanted with post-pregnancy CAGMYC CD1d+ MaSCs, in contrast to glands transplanted with pre-pregnancy CAGMYC CD1d+ MaSCs, which progressed from epithelial hyperplasia to undifferentiated carcinoma lesions (Fig. 3g). The gene discussed is CD1D; the disease is undifferentiated carcinoma.
