Mining GBM TCGA and REMBRANDT data sets (Supplementary Fig. 4) as well as analyzing the protein expression in human glioma protein samples (Fig. 6), we found that hnRNP H/F is increased in GBM and correlates with poor survival, extending the notion of a key role of hnRNP H/F family members in cancer development and progression63.
