DHX36 and glioblastoma: These results, together with the observation that hnRNP H/F and DHX36 interacted in the cytoplasm (Fig. 4a, Supplementary Fig. 9a), that both factors bound the USP1 mRNA and controlled its protein expression (Figs. 4b–d and 6b–d and Supplementary Fig. 11), strongly support a role for hnRNP H/F and DHX36 in coordinating USP1 expression in GBM.
