To gain insight into the role of hnRNP H/F in translation regulation in GBMs, we first addressed their specific localization by subcellular fractionation of three GBM cell lines (U251, LN18 and U87) that differ in their response to chemo- and radiotherapy treatments and in the mutational profiles (Supplementary Fig. 4c). The gene discussed is HNRNPH2; the disease is glioblastoma.
