Darlix et al. [30] showed longer survival in women with hybrid luminal breast cancer than in those with triple-negative breast cancer, while other authors, such as Friesenhengst et al. [11] and Brown et al. [31], showed no association between CYP19A1 mRNA expression levels and molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Here, CYP19A1 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
