Amongst the other highly significant upregulated CR genes by p-value and log2FC, SKA2, MKI67, HJURP, BIRC5, and CCNB1 are upregulated in breast cancer tissues and all five except for SKA2 have been identified as prognostic markers for breast cancer (Li et al., 2013; Ding et al., 2014; Falato et al., 2014; Montes de Oca et al., 2015; Ren et al., 2019; Wang et al., 2019b). This evidence concerns the gene SKA2 and breast cancer.
