The main tumor markers for pancreatic cancer are serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and duke pancreatic monoclonal antigen type 2 (DUPAN2), which have sensitivities for pancreatic cancer of 70–80%, 30–60% and 50–60%, respectively3,4.
