To further examine the potential role of BRD9 as a target for cancer therapy, we knocked down BRD9 in OVCAR8 and OVCAR10 cells, ovarian cancer cell lines with high expression of BRD9, and performed colony-formation assays following olaparib, cisplatin, etoposide, and IR treatment. The gene discussed is BRD9; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
