Creatinine clearance values in insulin-treated, vitamin D-treated, and combined insulin and vitamin D-treated groups were significantly higher than that in DN group (0.9250 ± 0.037, 0.698 ± 0.07, 1.115 ± 0.119 ml/min, respectively; P < 0.05) and significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Here, INS is linked to liver dysplastic nodule.
