To further investigate the role of the NF-κB pathway in the pain of AP, we treated DRGs with SNP, carboxy-PTIO, and the NF-κB pathway inhibitor PDTC alone or together, and western blot and real-time PCR showed that after SNP and carboxy-PTIO intervention, the changes in Oprk1, SP, and CGRP were consistent with the results of the in vivo experiments. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and alkaline phosphatase measurement.
