Interestingly, the anti-bacterial autophagy gene Clec12a, which is reportedly associated with an increased risk for CD [65] and Slc7a11, a potential blocking target for treatment of IBD patients [66], were up-regulated specifically in Runx3Δ RM but not in Runx3Δ cDC2.
