APOB and coronary artery disorder: Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis (Fig. 1) of apoB/apoA-I ratios among the NSTE-ACS patients showing significant coronary artery disease revealed that a cut-off value of ≥ 0.82 predicted the presence of ≥ 2 vessel disease, with sensitivity of 90%, specificity of 97%, positive predictive value of 88%, negative predictive value of 99%, and predictive accuracy of 98% (area under the curve = 0.97, 95% CI 0.782–0.973).
