Our data showed that m6A in 5′UTR, rather than 3′UTR, positively regulated the mRNA stability and translation of PDK4. YTHDF1-eEF-2 interaction is likely involved in the m6A regulated translation elongation of PDK4 mRNA in cancer cells, while IGF2BP3 was involved in m6A regulated mRNA stability.
