As expected, a dramatic increase in the xenograft tumor weight and tumor volume was observed after the co-transfection with ZFAS1 and the NOP58-WT vector compared to that observed after transfection with NC or the overexpressing ZFAS1 vector (Fig. 7b, c, d), indicating that the promotion of tumorigenic potential in CRC cells is a result of ZFAS1 specifically interacting with NOP58 in xenograft mouse models.
