Using digital droplet PCR targeting, the TP53 c.747G > T (p.R249S) mutation, as well as CTNNB1 c.121A > G (p.T41A), CTNNB1 c.133T > C (p.S45A), and TERT c.-124C > T mutations, were identified in at least one mutation in 56.3% (27/48) of the cfDNAs obtained from patients with HCC. This evidence concerns the gene CTNNB1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
