Higher TMEM219 expression was associated with better survival in bladder urothelial carcinoma (FDR = 9.54∙10−3 (HR = 0.61)), while the reverse was true for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (FDR = 4.17∙10−2 (HR = 1.43)). This evidence concerns the gene TMEM219 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
