PHF8, a member of histone demethylase family, has been reported to be significantly up‐regulated in many malignant tumors, such as colorectal cancer (Lv, Shi, Han, & Dai, 2017), gastric cancer (Li et al., 2017), lung cancer (El‐Aarag et al., 2017), and leukemia (Fu et al., 2018). This evidence concerns the gene PHF8 and leukemia.
