BRCA2 and breast cancer: For the other five novel BRCA2 variants, the in silico analysis reported a verdict of VUS: in particular, c.99A>G found in a patient with BC and also carrier of c.9828A>T and c.517-4C>G variants, it was defined as VUS by VarSome database although the Priors and Align-GVGD scores (0.02 and C0, respectively) defined it as weak or a null probability of pathogenicity.
